Forever Family Necklaces

Lish emailed me about wanting some necklaces for her friend:

" My friends have recieved the the long awaited good news that they have been matched with the daughter! They have been waiting for this news for over 19 months now, and will be traveling in the next 3-6 months to China to go bring her home!

My friend originally planned on attempting to nurse her adopted daughter, but it turns out Hannah is older than the average child being adopted from China right now, at 3 years old, establishing a nursing relationship with her is unlikely. So why am I ordering nursing necklaces? Well I thought we could call them "Forever Family Necklaces"

I've watched countless "gottcha day" videos on the internet and many of the children are scared and cry when handed to their new parents, but I've also noticed that some of the children take an interest in mom's jewlery: necklaces and bracelets and play with them and seem a little less scared. I'm not trying to trivialize the enormity of what these little ones are going through by saying a necklace will take away all their fear, but if mom, dad and big brother all had cute playful necklaces on it may be a little less scarey and then to add one more for little Hannah that they can give her as a symbol that she belongs with them as part of her new "Forever Family"

"An invisible red thread connects those who are destined to meet, regardless of time, place, or circumstance.

The thread may stretch or tangle, but will never break."

-----
So, you can see red in every necklace to represent this thread that will never break!
